Submission of Abstracts


The deadline for receipt of ABSTRACTS is June 15, 2000.
Prepare your ABSTRACT on format A4, leaving margins of at least 2.5 cm on all four sides. Maximum length of the ABSTRACT must fit within 2 printed pages. Type the title in capital letters. Do not underline the title. Type then the author(s) name(s) in lowercase letters and the full address of the institution where the work was done. Underline the name of the author presenting the talk or poster. Use (12 pitch) Times or similar font; use “single spacing”, do not hyphenate Submit your ABSTRACT, if possible, via e-mail as an attachement to the address: nesvera@biomed.cas.cz. Organizers will accept your contribution (file) saved in RTF-format (*.rtf, i.e. Rich Text Format). File name of your ABSTRACT (8 characters without diacritics) should follow the name of the author presenting the talk or poster. ABSTRACT must be accompanied by a visible form - if possible send us your contribution (file as an attachement) saved also in format PDF (Adobe Acrobat); otherwise send us laser- or jet-print of your ABSTRACT via mail (this helps us to print your text and figures in correct form ).

Payment


The deadline for PAYMENT is June 15, 2000.
The direct transfer of money (including the registration fee and payment for accommodation) in any convertible currency to the Account in the name of: Mikrobiologicky ustav AV CR, Videnska 1083, Praha 4 Account Number:10730-031/0710 in Ceska Narodni Banka (CNB), Praha 1 is recommended.
For better recording of payments, every participant will have his own "variable symbol" in the account. Each participant will be informed about the sum of money necessary to be paid and about his/her "variable symbol" of the account to which the money are to be transferred after confirming participation, the date of arrival and departure and type of room demanded to the e-mail nesvera@biomed.cas.cz.
