Registration Form
Please, fill the attached registration form and send by e-mail to the address: nesvera@biomed.cas.cz until June 15, 2000, and printed and signed copy
by fax or via regular mail to the address of organizers until June 30, 2000.

Registration fee
The registration fee for participants is 200 US $, for accompanying persons 50 US $.
The fee covers: - Symposium materials
Rent of the Congress Center with all facilities
Transport by shuttle buses from hotel to the Congress Center
All lunches and coffee breaks in the Congress Center
Welcome dinner in the hotel
Two dinners in the Congress Center
Farewell dinner in a typical Prague brewery
Concert of classical music in the baroque church of St. Nicholas
The direct transfer of money (including the registration fee and payment for accommodation) in any convertible currency to the Account in the name of: Mikrobiologicky ustav AV CR, Videnska 1083, Praha 4 Account Number:10730-031/0710 in Ceska Narodni Banka (CNB), Praha 1 is recommended.
For better recording of payments, every participant will have his own "variable symbol" in the account.
Each participant will be informed about the sum of money necessary to be paid and about his/her
"variable symbol" of the account to which the money are to be transferred after confirming participation, the
date of arrival and departure and type of room demanded to the e-mail nesvera@biomed.cas.cz
Facultative program
The guided tour of Prague will be available for participants in the free afternoon on September
23. The Top Hotel Praha can arrange program for the accompanying persons.
